The EPA’s action on greenhouse gas emissions
follows the refusal by Gov. Rick Perry and the
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s
to protect Texas families’ health and keep
the air clean in the Lone Star state. These common
sense safeguards have been implemented in every
state in the Union except Texas. Perry’s
refusal to enforce the law is putting Texas families’ health
at risk and Texas businesses at a competitive disadvantage.
