We will be holding our fundraising "Live and Silent Annual Auction" along with our Holiday Gathering at our December monthly General Meeting, Thursday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m.

This is one of the club's biggest fundraising efforts. All proceeds will be used to support our local conservation and educational programs including the printing/mailing of our newsletter. We had a successful auction in the past years, thanks to all our donors, volunteers and bidders, and looking forward another successful event.

DONATIONS: We are beginning to accept donations of goods and services for the auction. An early response is needed so we can publicize items in the upcoming Banners. Types of items that are suitable for the auction would be cabin/room rentals, adventure/action items such as canoe or sail boat rentals, tickets for performances, gift certificates for services or items, camping or hiking equipment, crafts, and artwork.

VOLUNTEERS: Prior to the auction we need volunteers to solicit auction items or help pick up donated auction items. Additionally we need graphic artwork help to advertise the auction and volunteers to distribute flyers. On the day of the Auction we will need help with setting up the auction and our refreshment table.
