Texas Needs a Plan

Governor Perry,

I would like you to develop a global warming plan for Texas, to reduce the state's greenhouse gas emissions and harmful impacts of global warming, and to take advantage of economic opportunities in developing cleaner technologies and industries. There are governors from 28 other states that have shown leadership and are developing plans for their states. I also want you to let the citizens of Texas know what your proposal is so we can have a better idea of who we want to vote for in the upcoming election.
