The Forest Protection Workshop You Won't Want To Miss! October 5-7 in Arkansas

National Forests belong to you and future generations. So why are they being logged by private timber companies at a $1-billion-a-year loss to taxpayers? Learn to make a difference of historic proportion at the Interior Highlands Workshop to End Commercial Logging on our National Forests, October 5-7,2001 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This workshop is designed to give activists the information, resources and skills needed to organize an end to taxpayer-subsidized logging on the forests owned by all Americans. Whether you have National Forests in your backyard or not, this training will give you the tools to plan a successful campaign in your community to protect the biggest forests, the oldest trees, the cleanest watersheds and the best remaining habitat on the continent from logging. Please join other forest activists high above beautiful Fayetteville, Arkansas in the Ozark Mountains, when the fall colors will be at their peak.
